Anyones dog every have diarrhea this bad?

Hi, I have a 1yr old heeler that's lethargic, has been throwing up lots of clear liquid and has the worst diarrhea I've ever seen. Poor pup cant even hold it in, it just pours out of him. I took him to the vet and they gave him a nausea shot along with some nausea medicine to give him at home. But that was it. Nothing else.
I've never had a dog get diarrhea so bad that they cant hold it and the smell is the worst! Good thing is I havent seen any blood in his stool yet.
I never have him around other dogs but the ones we have at home. They are all his siblings and all look fine and healthy but him.

I had a dog get that a time or two. It ran it's course in about a week or two. You need to stop all food for at least 24 hours, than start up with a bland diet, generally boiled chicken and rice. I would see another vet if it's continuing. Did you get a fecal done?

I've tried giving him rice and boiled chicken, but he doesnt want anything. Hes very weak to stand.
I'm waiting on another vet to see him right now. The first vet didnt do a fecal test. I'll ask this vet to do one.

Turns out my baby has parvo

I was going to ask if they did an X-Ray to rule out (what my idiots do) a blockage from a rock or piece of toy.

Sorry it turned out to be parvo. Did they run the parvo test?

The vet quickly suspected parvo cause the diarrhea smelt really bad and had some blood. The nice thing is this vet is always very kind and reasonable in price.

Ahhh crap I am sorry nasty, nasty as bad as covid to us .. lot's of fluids trust the vet he has a chance being a Heeler was he vaccinated as a pup ?

What is the next step for Parvo?

He was never vaccinated. I've dealt with parvo in other dogs before and it such a horrible issue. I'm taking my other 6 dogs tomorrow to get tested and vaccinated.

Sorry your baby has parvo, I hope he recovers. Remember that smell, it is very distinctive.​
