Actually I'm drinking tea right now, and it is indeed afternoon. Does a pasty count instead of a crumpet?

Here in America, a pasty is what the ladies of the night wear over their naughty bits on top, with tassels attached for swirling about. We do, however, enjoy delicious pastry.

That produced some mental images Pasty's are a Cornish staple. Could the same be said for America?
