He's an anime character, but I didn't use references, only for the mask part.

Oh cool, I figured you were an anime fan. Have you seen five centimetres per second?
Also really good drawing, especially considering you only used reference for the mask
(Not that there's anything wrong with using reference pics, obviously - That's how you learn. I always draw from life.)

Hm I haven't heard about that one. What's it about?
Thanks I've gotten the hang of drawing the face at a angle now so I don't have to worry about wasting some of my markers (One is getting dry) So I'm going to be doing that till I get another marker. And yeah by memory I still now his features and such.
(No worries and yeah, I'm mostly self-taught so I have to use references now and then)

Every artist has to use references, it's not something to be ashamed of. That's like saying "I'm learning maths but I have to use books to help me sometimes." - Of course you do, it's not just going to pop into your head!

You can google it, It's about an hour long. It's a romance, I saw some of it, but am going to buy the DVD soon.
