A little about me: i have 6 chickens, a catahoula leopard dog mix puppy, ( who, sadly, tryies to kill my chickens), and i love buff orpingtons!

They are currently 6 week old cotton balls who have puffed out so wonderfully. Certainly don't regret getting my little lap chickens.

The last one turned out to be a rooster, sadly, I had to give him away, because I live in the suburbs, but he went to a farm

I got mine from this wonderful local breeder. She had the most beautiful birds.

Your little Orpington is so cute. I'm getting one in April with my shipment of chicks along with an easter egger, a welsummer, speckled sussex, blue cochin, light bramah, astraulorp, and a columbian wyandotte.
