We made a brooder in our back room big enough for me to put a little foot stool in and stretch out my legs. At three weeks my chicks have decided I make the perfect roost, and are at this very moment pecking at my pants.

Ha ha, my chick's used to do that to me, Elliesaurus. They will still climb on my lap if I put meal worms on my lap, but their feet are so dirty now

I love my chickens but I think they are some fairly heavy breeds: I'd be okay avoiding 25 pounds worth of bird sitting on me when they're older!
