Anything I need to do right away?

Long story short. Had a hen I thought met its end. Today she's out and about with 14 youngsters. I've isolated her and her peeps in the nest section of the coop. There is another broody in this section on her own nest.

Do I need heat? Seems they've lasted at least last nights 50 degrees with Moms heat.

Still further isolation? Thinking a corral type thing with a ventilated top? On dial up and the brooder picture sticky puts info to me somewhere around Halloween.

Nope...Rooster didn't come off a cigar.

Oh I do so hope one of mine goes broody. That will be such fun.

My 2 little girls spend so many days here peering at fluffy mama pics with a lil peep stuck out of her feathers or following her.
