Anything wrong with these beaks?

All these birds seem happy and healthy, and maybe I'm just a silly hypochondriac, but I feel like their beaks all look a little different and I wonder if they're all variations of normal? The blonde has had that red spot there for at least 2 weeks with no change. I just noticed that the brown ones have what looks kind of dry and rough texture (though I wouldn't call it scaly) on their beaks. They're all eating, drinking, bathing, grooming, resting, and I've examined them up close to look for mites on the skin and didn't see any. But to be on the safe side, last week I dusted my coop and some of the birds with permethrin from TSC because there was some kind of bug on the poop tray below and I wanted to stay on top of the situation. That seems to have worked.
Opinions from those with more experience than I are welcome!!!

I don't know what would make a bird's beak grow to look rough—that one is probably being worn down. The outside of a beak is made of keratin. It could be a case of pacing against the bars/cover and scraping little gouges in that keratin. Do your birds have enough space and cover to get away from each other and environmental stressors?

For the other, I wouldn't worry about that red spot unless it A) noticeably changes size or B) bleeds easily and won't stop bleeding.

Side note: permethrin is a pretty low-toxicity chemical, all things considered, but I would avoid using an insecticide when there's no good evidence the birds need it. Things that want to eat the birds or their blood will go after them, not their droppings. Mites are also active at night, so bugs you see here and there during the day probably aren't harmful.
