Anyway this easter egger is a pullet?

I have 3 easter eggers that are 8 weeks old. This white easter egger is crowing every morning when I go to let them out. Also has a red 3 row pea comb. I can not have a rooster and am worried about pissing off my neighbors. Don't even know what do if this is a roo!

Yes. The one on the left appears to have a very common male EE pattern.

I'm back with more pictures. I was told that all 3 of my chickens are cockerels. I'm so upset right now and have no idea what to do with them. I've called so many places and can't find anyone who will take them on. I'm posting pics of the 3rd one to see your thoughts.
