If that's really true, you should do something about it and not waste the money you paid for the Ador. Rob at Ador is perfectly willing to work with you to resolve the problem. The pullet-shut is not without its share of defective units, nor is any product really. And with the Ador1 selling so many units, some complaints are bound to happen.I have the Ador brand and find it to be very unreliable. Sometimes works mostly does not.
I am going to order a different brand. I am also thinking about the Pullet Shut Door.
