Letha sighed, sitting down on her hind legs. "I don't know what I'm going to do without my mansion..."*max cooked his head, wondering what she was about to say next.*
Max: anyway, they won't hurt you, or him. *he was trying to reassure her.*

Max: well, I'd say first find a place to live. You could probably stay with me and my handler if there is something the survivors find useful that you can do. Give and take. We help them, they give use food and shelter.Letha sighed, sitting down on her hind legs. "I don't know what I'm going to do without my mansion..."
"What?" Letha looked shocked. "What would I 'do' for the humans? I can uh... shake. That's it. Otherwise that's all I was trained to do before my humans tried to kill me. Then I lived at the house alone, using the treadmill, eating whatever I wanted, trying to make the 'music' on the piano" Letha shuddered. "I was not good." Letha tended to trail off in conversations, since she had never really had one with any dog.Max: well, I'd say first find a place to live. Max: if your good at waking humans without barking, you could be an alert dog. You would just need to learn how to differentiate the warnings of the guard dogs, like myself. *he said that because that was probably the best job a new dog could start with.*"What?" "Uh" Letha nodded like she knew what he was talking about. "Of course."Max: if your good at waking humans without barking, you could be an alert dog. Max: I could help to show you how if you want??"Uh" Letha nodded like she knew what he was talking about. "Of course."
Letha nodded enthusiastically.Max: I could help to show you how if you want??
Max: alright, but you'd have to come back to camp with us. *he stated to her.*Letha nodded enthusiastically.
"Here! I'm sorry I didn't catch that zombie in time." Alex ran to her handler and back then stood beside Ani until they came and began to look at his injuries.Ani growled and snapped at the zombie. Ani’s handler yelled and started to pull out his handgun, trying to get the zombie off his dog as he threw himself, kicking and hitting with the hammer. Ani yelped twice during the fight, but soon the zombie lay dead on the ground- the others had already been fought off by the other guards.
Ani panted, he lay on the ground. “I-I- I think my shoulder dislocated when he hit me,” he whined to Alex. “I can’t walk on this bad leg either.” He whined. “I can’t move!”
Letha stretched, careful of her neck muscles. "Alright." She stood next to Max. He was taller than her by quite a bit but she definitely wasn't short.Max: alright, but you'd have to come back to camp with us. *he stated to her.*
