Ani sat up on his blanket. He slowly stood, trying to spread the weight evenly between with front legs. He whimpered a little when his right leg started to pain him, and he lifted it like he usually held it. Now all his weight was on his left leg. (the one that was dislocated) It felt much better now that his handler had fixed it, and he was able to stand normally, with a little soreness still in his left leg. He started limping toward the kennels. He was sure that’s where they’d be keeping the wolf-dog, who he was sure was familiar somehow. He sniffed around for Alex’s scent- was she okay? He decided to find her after seeing the wolf-dog.*Molly shifted a little in the crate she was in as she had started to wake again.*
Ani stepped inside the building. When the wolf-dogs they caught were brought in here, they were never seen again. But he wanted to see what really happened to them, he wanted to see if the wolf-dog recognized him too. He scrunched his nose, and shook his head at the heavy scent of medicine and alcohol in the air, hurrying to the kennel side of the hospital. (I imagine a small, clinic building, nothing fancy.) He heard the barking of quarantined dogs, and headed that way. When he reached the cages, he sniffed around, smelling only one wolf-dog scent in the whole room. Ani looked into the metal cage. There was no blanket, only a small bowl of uneaten food. He smelled human scent on her, and knew the humans had been messing with her- probably giving her medicine? He thought. He sniffed the cage, “Hey. Hey you, wolf-dog. Who are you?” He whispered through the metal wire, the hard, steely scent sharp on his senses.Ani stepped inside the building. (They breed the wolf dogs, trade them, or train them if they can, in wich case, a experienced handler has to volunteer to do it)Ani looked into the metal cage. “Oh, sorry, sorry…” He said. “What- what’s your name?” He asked hesitantly.(They breed the wolf dogs, trade them, or train them if they can, in wich case, a experienced handler has to volunteer to do it)
*Molly hadn't smelled or heard him coming due to the commotion and scents from the other dogs and strays in the area. So when he suddenly spoke so close to her, she almost jumped outta her fur.*
*Molly pricked her ears forward as he spoke. Her tail was up, curled over her back.*“Oh, sorry, sorry…” He said. “What- what’s your name?” He asked hesitantly.
