App suddenly shuts down and closes

I didn't realize we had an app? Is it a legit mobile app or is it just rendering the web pages to appear better on a mobile device?

I use the Android app every day all day and have zero issues. I cannot speak for the Apple app but my buddies that have tried it went right back to using the browser instead of it.

Use the Progressive Web App if you're on Android, not the broken app that can be downloaded through the Play Store.

I've tested it, and it takes significantly longer to load the site than the browser and PWA. The header is also messed up. I find it frustrating to use.

I had iPhone11 and had trouble but figured it was because the phone was having issues. My photos were messing up and a few other things so I just ignored it as I was planning upgrading anyway. Well here I am with iPhone12 Pro, everything works great again EXCEPT BYC! When I open the app or change the page I get the message failure to download and a whirligig. I have to wait till I think it’s finished whirling to type or scroll but often it will pop up again often several times within just a few seconds. Typing gets interrupted and I have to start over. This is a brand new phone and I’m using safari.
