Appenzellar Spitzhauben, pullet or roo?

Is this 14 week old Appenzellar Spitzhauben a pullet or rooster? No signs of the pointy saddle or hackle feathers yet. Isn’t crowing but I’m not convinced it’s a pullet yet. Anybody know?

Must admit am not terribly familiar with the breed, but they seem to have saddle feathers....

It doesnt have saddle feathers yet. I picked it up yesterday and searched for a few minutes to find the pointy/shinny saddle feathers. It’s a little bit bigger than the other one I have and this one has a small waddle development, but I’m still not convinced it’s a pullet or rooster
