Appenzeller Chick seems too small

I am new to raising chickens. I purchased this Appenzeller chick last week. She was hatched on 7/1. But she is so tiny. Her wing feathers are longer than her body. Any thoughts?

She looks normal to me.. what are you feeding?

Starter feed from the place we got her. We also got an olive egger that is supposed to have the same hatch date and she is 3X bigger. She is active, just worried about her size

The Applelennzer chicken is also a petite breed.. she seems fine to me, but I also can't see her in person.

your olive egger is probably a large fowl size and your spitz is a bantam size. She looked perfectly normal at this point.

My Appenzellers take longer to mature, and even to hatch than my other chickens. They are good size birds when mature, its just that they grow a lot slower than other standard size chickens.

i think they are pretty small hens...mine have had slight builds..almost between a bantam and a large fowl...she has very slender legs...narrow body....
