I got two pics that is what Carla, Debra and Julie are all saying the closest possible correct and incorrect of a Spitz roo.

This is the pic of a CORRECT Spitzhauben..take a good look at the hairdo!

This is the pic of WRONG or INCORRECT Spitzhauben roo and his ladies which they all have incorrect hairdos and spangles that are too large which can be worked on. The hairdos that looks of Polish or sideways are a no no and should be culled out.

I have been seeing more and more spitshaubens with a normal crest. To me they look like a SSH x silver polish cross.

Scarey aint it????? particularly with hatchery bred birds! Even Ideal would NOT say where or who they got their Spitz eggs from. So that is probably a good possiblity!

Its a good thing I got the roo from breeders but it pays to do your homework well. IF all else, stick with McGraw lines which most of the breeders got. Carla did mention another line......dont remember what.

Sure they are pretty with cross breds but taks alot longer to get where you need to go to cull heavily.
