If she has been laying and now ceased she may be egg bound. You will need to do a thorough examination of her abdomen .Check for any lumps or bulges. Sometimes a warm soak in the bath massaging towards the vent. I would quarantine her so that you can see a poop. Offer her some scrambled egg and check that her crop is emptying.

Wow her butt looks inflamed. Is there any crust forming on the skin? If it is vent gleet then yes some acv in her water to lower the PH would help.
