apple cider vinegar with the mother inside or ACV

    i recently read the benifits of giving ACV to chickens. i started today. does anyone else use this and will it harm the good bacteria of the gut? what have you heard of ACV and do you use it? if yes how often and how much? I'm giving about 1/4 teaspoon for one week a month. i read it provided many vitimans and even minirals for them.what do you know about this?

    If you put ACV in the search tab on this site you will find all the wonderful threads on it. It is terrific and many use it in water all the time. You can even ferment feed with ACV. The good bacteria/probiotics in ACV are numerous and make for very healthy birds.
