OK so I've heard that I can use apc for my hens water well I'm out of it and I would like to know if I can use the regular kind or will it effect them.

Most peeps use the ACV, but I don't see how regular would be harmful. It most likely lacks any vitamins that ACV would contain. You only add a teaspoon to table spoon per gallon of water. Many peeps do it one week on and next week off. I do not use it, because I see no need for it in my flock. Give fresh water every day.
WISHING YOU BEST and ,,,,,,,:welcome

They will be perfectly fine, I only add ACV every few weeks.

Thanks and I guess im going to try it

The raw unfiltered ACV contains beneficial bacteria. What do you call 'regular' vinegar? White vinegar? I see no benefit is using that. I'd just leave it out until I got more.
In our family, regular vinegar is the raw ACV, lol.

All vinegars are produced by exposing a fermented alcoholic beverage to oxygen. If this was not so then why dose everyone who makes homemade wine go to such lengths to exclude oxygen from the fermenting & storage vessels? Even "white" or distilled vinegar is produced this way. The word "white" refers to the old cure-all "WHITE LIGHTING" which is diluted down to the strength of sweet wine, 30 proof or 15%, and is then exposed to oxygen. Finally the more or less 15% vinegar is cut with distilled water to a uniform content of 5% acetic acid. A teaspoon of ASV in one gallon of water is a ratio of 5 parts of acetic acid to 72,960 parts water. Amazing stuff that ACV.
