She's actually not that old; only about 150 years. Her ownership's been passed down through the family.

You have to clip their feathers. They have to have at least 10 acres to run around in; otherwise they'll get neurotic.

Gryphons tend to live for around 5,000 years, though there have been reports of gryphons living as old as 6,732. The oldest was a gryphon named Gabby. She lived for 8,582 years.

It should be 1 gryphon per 10 acres at least, though they will be happiest if they have 20+.
