Maybe, but you're likely to find yerself sleeping in the kennels tonight if she doesn't find it as funny as you do.

I was banned from pulling April Fools jokes several years ago when I called dh at work and told him the living room floor caved in..
The kids and I thought it was funny..

I have a habit of bringing snakes into the house and releasing them.
Bad thing: DB is deathly afraid
Good thing: no mice
Funny thing: his screams from somewhere in the house.

Haven't done anything for a few years.

My best. Stepbrat (14) was thinking she was going to be a Victoria's secret model. I've got a client that designs lighting for there new stores.
I pretend to get a phone call from him and started answering "questions" about modeling in NYC for a week or so. Stepbrat was going ballistic, as was her mom ( didn't tell her about the joke).
I ended the call with " we're not comfortable with her going to the city.
Needless to say she was crying and not happy with my decision, but was VERY mad when I said April's fool's.

Ha ha these are great ideas! I am usually super exited for april fools and do awesome jokes, but I haven't done any yet today.
