i have 15 eggs in the incubator and just this morning one hatched and i can see that another egg has a hole and a beak poking out. I am very happy because this is the first year we've hatched chicks and so i am glad some of them are hatching! And i hope the others all hatch too. i will keep posting as more hatch.

I had 15 out of 17 Barnevelder chicks and 7 out of 8 Bantam Cochin's hatch over the weekend. I have 2 Blue Orp, 5 Blue/Splash Ameraucanas and 1 Sizzle/Ameraucana cross egg in my bator due to hatch this weekend. I am also setting 17 BBS Orp eggs from TuffOldHen in my incubator today.

Oo! I can play!

I have 2 dozen Coturnix Quail I'm putting in the hatcher tonight (although the eggs were in the Postal System for nearly 7 days).

I put 1.5 dozen Standard Black Cochins in the hatcher yesterday.

I put two Turkey Eggs in the hatcher on the 5th (1 has hatched so far).

I set 145+ eggs on Sunday (the fifth), due to put in the hatcher the 23rd.

And there's more.. just 5-6 of this, 2-3 of that... I have'em hatching all month long!
