The bottom two appear to be Araucanas. They have the ear tufts, but lack the beard.

I personally would wait awhile as some Araucana breeders have yellow-legged birds. Wait until they feather out, you'd be surprised how much they can change.

Actually this is going in my favor... They are hatching some Araucanas, and are going to keep me posted on what is available when all is said and done!

I would say hold on to them for awhile like rodriguezpoultry said.. I don't think that they are going to get good ear tufts but they might be rumples (with out tail)
I don't see a beard on any of the and that is a good thing because Araucanas shouldn't have a beard..
I can say that 3 is not a RIR ( never saw a RIR with blue/gray in the down feathers ) and 4 and 5 are not Australorps. ( Australorps don't have Ear Tufts )

You say the pictures are not the chicks that are for sale, but "borrowed" photos from another breeder? I would recommend against trusting anyone who does the ole 'bait and switch'.

To answer the OPs question, araucana should not have slate legs (that is for Ameraucana).

Araucana large fowl leg colors should be as follows:
White - yellow legs
Black - black legs
All other color varieties - willow

I'm sorry but this is really irking me. The fact that someone would go so far to take my pictures without my consent from a copyrighted web site and then crop them to her liking was very disrespectful and insulting. I hope the person sees this thread and realizes they have made a terrible mistake and takes the pictures down and applies the ACTUAL pics of their chicks to their sale ad. That is the right thing to do.

eta - the pics have been removed. Thank you!
