araucana Chicks , how do I determine sex?

To me # 1 looks like a rooster, his comb is much larger and wider and his legs are nice size, he puffs his chest out too. What y’all think?
 
Yeah, those are cockerels. I like that one cockerel’s tail, it’s pretty long, not what I would expect from that breed.
Agreed, I’m thinking (Long Feather) he’s the keeper... the tailless (rumpless) cockerel is a little crazy and super aggressive and the mutant with the wild tail feather is even stranger and aggressive as well.

That’s a good choice. I wouldn’t breed an aggressive rooster either, as it can be genetic. However, keep in mind that you may not get any more tailless chicks if you breed two tailed araucanas together.
