Araucana or Ameraucana or EE??

I was sold true araucanas that were EE's. They are very rare and are difficult to breed. I have some Araucanas now that I am working on, they have tufts OR are clean faced. Some are rumpless but tails happen often. It may be a cull she had from her Araucana breeding program but no, it does not qualify to breed standards. Does it matter though, she sure is cute!

Thank you so much - she has filled out very nice and her feathers are just gorgeous!

She is about 24-25 weeks old right now, no eggs yet, but I am sooo excited

and looking forward to beautiful blue eggs!

I really didn't know what araucana meant when I bought her

I actually picked her instead of a second barred rock because she was so different and her legs are an awesome color! The fact that her feet are white on the bottom is even cooler!
