Araucana raising

I have been interested in raising Araucana and Americana chickens for years. I used to have a small Americana flock 30 years ago and wanted to try them along with a separate flock of Araucanas. The only problem is no one I know around here has any pure strains. So I was at the mercy of the internet for hatching eggs. It has taken me 3 years to finally get a descent breeding group of araucanas. Hope to start hatching eggs in the spring. I also raise Japanese Coturnix and California Valley Quail. Have two grand children who love raising dwarf rabbits and helping me keep up with caring for them. I joined so give and get as much information on raising the above.
