Araucana thread anyone?

Is anyone breeding bantam whites? I have extra roos scheduled for freezer camp unless anyone can use one.

I have whites, blacks, a few blues and 1 ugly looking chocolate brown whoops. Most of my extras are clean-faced chicks, though there are exceptions. In extra males I have 1 partially tailed white bantam male- a bit too big with a comb that's too big but FABULOUS tufts. I have a nice unilaterally tufted white male and a nice clean-faced male both rumpless. I have chicks from these boys and am looking to reduce my roo population a bit. I also have a black rumpless tufted male I've been showing successfully. He too has too large a comb, is a bit on the big side, and also has a couple of stubs. I would sell him if someone wanted him, otherwise I'm going to breed him back to my blues.

Got a couple of chicks from my white pen hatching tonight. One pipped, one making noise and a couple more should pip tomorrow or Monday that were set later. I moved a bunch of chicks around today and then put Degas back in the black hen pen, no real action there though, 3 of 4 hens are setting. I needed his pen for the tufted/rumpless white roo and I moved my 2 white hens in with him today and gave Luvdove and Topaz to Casper. I'm going to need a couple more pens next year...

I have seven tufted chicks! Which is totally awesome! I grabbed a few for a quick picture session. My camera's flash is busted, so I had to take them outside, and today was a bit chilly, so that is why it was quick!

I am officially jealous. LOL! I have only hatched three blue chicks this year. 1 is tufted, and the others are cleanfaced. I am very happy for you.

adult, he was crowing and his tufts got broken off by one of the hoodlums in the same coop....it was a muddy time of year, please excuse the mess

I really should have marked which chicks came from who with a leg band or something, since they kinda all got mixed up, but I know where the blues came from
