Araucana thread anyone?

Aloha,

Some incorrect Araucanas have tails. Most of us try to breed that out. The tufts are a sue sign of some Araucana blood. Araucanas lay blue - blue-green eggs. If they are mixed, the eggs might not be blue more olive or a lighter green. How about some pictures?

Aloha, Puhi

so I would be more correct in calling these Ameracaunas?
Post some photo's, descriptions just don't tell much. I still see people referring to tufts as muffs by those who don't know the difference.
And tails do not mean they cannot be Araucana. Could be they are just culls.
If you need help to post photo's here, I'm happy to help

X2 on these, pics are worth a thousand words, lol...

I have Araucanas with tails, without tufts, single tufts, blue eggs, and blue/green eggs... they're not perfect, but they are Araucanas... :)

Just recently purchased my araucana flock. Wondering if the roos I have should be replaced. They are not colored like the hens. But I'm new to this breed so any advise would be appreciated.

Needing some help. Bought my first flick of araucanas . and was advised to drop my roo and purchase one more the color of my hens. Would like more opinions on this .

Pics, please?

Some colors can be bred together, but some can't (if you're breeding to SOP). Or is it that they're related? Is he the brother of the girls?
