Araucana thread anyone?

Hey gang! Long time no, umm, me being on the forum.

Anyway, I have to ask while dropping in and saying Hi - Anyone know about Spectrum Ranch and their mottled duckwing what-I'm-assuming-is-an-Araucana? I saw a photo of theirs tonight that looked a whole lot to me like a mottled duckwing (some might say tolbunt/millefleur but that it is not) Araucana, was wondering if people are actually making leaps in such a project in the last several months? I know there's mottled, but mottled duckwing is quite something.

Also, - Anyone ship chicks or know if Gary Ramey still does? Been trying to get a hold of him for a couple months with nothing.

And of course, great to catch up on some of the recent posts (not all though, that's a lot of catching up to do in a night, haha) Over here I've sadly got the same birds I had last time I posted here, minus a blue hen. I keep getting broody hens, keep getting dud eggs under them. Haven't had a chance to hatch any of my own as I've got an olive egger running around loose and so far, EE chicks popping out when I do get to collect my own eggs. (rarely these days)

Hi Everyone! I need to pick your brains on colors. I hatched out a batch from my white rooster and 2 hens and need a consensus on the colors of the chicks, also the hens! I can tell you that the roo is white....

I don't know if they are on this thread, they are up in Massachusetts . They raise them and sell eggs, along with several other types. They are Yashar

Good to hear from you.
The pictures on Spectrum Ranch are very interesting. I like the color but the combs and wattles are very large and the leg color looks wrong. It looks like a cool project but that it would be a project to clean them up. Very tempting. I wonder who or where they came from?

I am guessing that the hens are silver duckwing with the blue gene as well.

The one in the background yes, the one in the foreground is either a blue-silver duckwing with extra melanizer or something else.

Oh, I'm aware of the comb/wattle issue and sadly little realize that rump is really lacking, but I already commented on leg color on the photo. I was just quite curious and interested in that bird's history, or if it was meant to be what it looks like.

Thank you for the info, Rumbull and Illia, much appreciated!
