Araucana thread anyone?

Ugh...there is something wrong with Ugly Betty. I noticed last Friday she seemed real lethargic. I chalked it up to getting ready to lay, because sometimes pullets act weird as they come into lay. Well now half the time she looks like she is on her death bed. I felt her abdomen last night and it didn't feel swollen. I thought maybe she was laying internally. Afterall, she is 11 months old and has yet to lay. Her bottom is really messy and she seems to have watery diarrhea. I didn't see any signs of obvious worms so I dewormed over the weekend with Safeguard (thinking it was the type of worms you don't see). No change. She seems worse in the mornings. Walks really slow, closes her eyes alot, lays around. But then she'll snap out of it and start moving and scratching around. She's still eating and drinking. No obvious signs of a contagious illness, and no one else is sick. I guess I'll bring her in this evening and maybe try soaking her like I did Bonita. I've been putting it off because she hates, I mean HATES being handle. She'll be a fun house guest *enter sarcasm here*.

@Brahma Chicken5000 and @Trish1974 my breeder, the one I got Napoleon and Ashoka from, she's doing the gold duckwing araucana (those are the pullets that are brown, right?) now... and she's offered me eggs from her flock and from her double silver laced barnvelders! :-D

ETA... I had the wrong color! Black Breasted Reds! They're so pretty!!!

DO IT DO IT DO IT!!!

I'm gonna! :-D I'm gonna stop at home tonight, grab her incubator (cause I forgot to return it this weekend) and go get eggs.

Now... For my Round II.... Do I let them set a few days, or put them directly in the incubator?
Cause if I should go directly in the bater, I'll set it up and get it heating before I leave to get the eggs.

And yes, I remember..... 99.5
