Araucana thread anyone?

Kind of a disappointing hatch. As of right now I have 5 chicks (out of 35 eggs) and one chick has been zipped since 2:00 am but not making progress. I can see its beaks breathing through the zip. I don't know if it needs help or not, and I don't know how to help anyway.
I'm really pissed at the manufacturer of my incubator because their instructions said to keep humidity between 45-55%. As I read random threads here people were saying to keep it in the 30s. By that time I was halfway through the incubation process. My air cells were way too small going in to lockdown, indicating too high humidity. Oh, and I just realized I miscalculated my days. I locked them down on the 19th day, not the 18th day. Don't know how much that affected the hatch (or lack of).
Also, it appears no one is tufted. At least I didn't hatch anything with a tail.
Feeling pretty bummed this morning. :(
Don't feel bad ..I did the humidity the same as same 40/50 % ..I'm on day 15 today..not sure I trust my two humidity readers..

I had to assist in TWO hatches today. The first one was so stressful. The chick is okay, though. The membrane had started to shrink wrap around it. The second assist I thought went easier, but that chick doesn't look too good. Fingers crossed he/she will be okay.
This may sound crazy, but the first chick I assisted acts like it knows what I did. It stared at me and followed me around the incubator window, and I just put it in the brooder and its trying to come through the bars to get to me. He/she lets me rub her chest. Its a blue from Buck and BB.

I assisted when my araucana/naked neck hatched. she is 2+ yo and it seems she still remembers what I did, lol.
