@Brahma Chicken5000 by the time you get back online tomorrow night I will have 25-30 eggs in the incubator! Hopefully I won't kill 3/4ths of them this time.

No. And the last egg Bluebell laid was NOT fertile. She had partial interactions with him for 8 days. Its looking like my Cholo IS sterile after all.

Do you think he might have a slightly short back and can’t touch the hens’ vent to fertilize her?

Buck was Bluebell's mate before I culled him.
Yes, it is quite possible Cholo is short-backed. As embarrassing as this is to admit, I found out earlier this year he is of Edd Sheppard's (Shepherd's ?)line. That is one of the defects in his line.

Oh well at least you can improve upon Mr. Sheppard’s work. And hey at least you didn’t get one like that woman was defending because he’s a landrace Araucana.
