Can you post a photo of your pink eggs? I've yet to see any I would actually call pink and I think that would be cool to have too. Does the hen have a regular pea comb? What color is the inside of the eggs?

Their not really pink, they are tanish almost flesh colored. Sorry for the confusion. She has a Pea comb is completely rumpless and I know exactly who her mommy and daddy are. She is a good little layer and her chicks are super hardy. I am getting alot of tufts and patchwork colors out of her.

Here is a couple of pics of this weekends hatch. Out of 14 chicks in the bucket 6 are tufted and all are fully rumpless. Yeah!!! I don't want any of you to look directly at the tufted chicks please. LOL! It was so hard getting pics without looking at them.

I think this is a birchen not sure of the sex, but it is double tufted so yeah. If it is a roo and turns out nice I will be selling my avatar bird and using this one as a replacement. We will see

This is a tufted black pretty sure roo chick. Look at those tufts. It is the biggest chick in the bucket and is kinda goofy and slow moving. Reminds me of my son.

I love the tufted splash chick in the front. It is creme colored with bright orange chipmonk stripes and grey in the middle of the chipmonk outline.

All of these hatched out of my nicest blue-est eggs. I decided for this batch only to hatch the prettiest eggs.

So upset, one of my clean faced cockrels pecked out the tuft on one of my nice double tufted cockrels!!! They are sooo fiesty for only being 6 wks old....lol. I even moved them into a 10x13 ft space and that's when it happened. Not in the 2x4 brooder! Now that it's gone it's bleeding. Does anyone have any idea's how long it will take to grow this back? Do I have to wait for a molt? He's so cute black and white lacey looking little boy.
