Are all chickens the same?

Yea I never knew it had a name. Lol I know the vent. But honestly I got my first chickens from someone who had been doing it for a while so I never really questioned where the egg starts. That's where they said ya know? And there really wasnt too much concern as more of a funny story. I panicked and groped before i came here and asked questions

Yeah most likely her crop. Mine look like their smuggling softballs most nights. My little scissor beak hens name is cupcake but she has been nicknamed smugglers because when she eats her bowl of food she looks like she ate a watermelon

They don't mind. I give mine a "breast exam" in the morning to check for sour crop or crop impaction.

except my delewares no one picks on them

I even have one...idk what they are a buff I guess who does not like to be touched or anything close like. If shes in the box I get yelled at and most of the time she will bust out the box like it's on fire

Might have to do with the 4 of them came with their moms to me and my 3 brats would stand on them and terrorize them

Some just dont like to be handled mostly because they probably think your going to try to eat them. But if you just work with them in time they wont mind. And all mine scream at me from the boxes... they start screaming before I even get in to coop. I just mimic them or sing a song about how grumpy they are when they lay eggs. Shut up suka nobody wants your rotten eggs
