Are all my baby Welsummer chicks pullets?

I'm raising 4 welsummers to coop age for a friend. The females feathered in much faster than the one potential cockerel. He has dark chest feathers and they all have red colored chest feathers. And his comb is very red compared to theirs. They will be 4 weeks in a few days. First 2 pictures are the one I believe is a cockerel, third is a pullet. You can see the difference in color especially on their chests.

I really love these welsummers! I am going to try to trade her for one if I didn't end up with 3/5 of mine being boys!
