They aren't splash.
Splash is two copies of blue.
Blue is a dilute gene.
One copy dilutes black to blue.
A second copy dilutes it again.
So a splash has diluted black twice. Those clearly have all black specks.That wouldn't be the case with splash. They'd be a shade of or various shades of blue.
I wouldn't be surprised if they aren't correct exchequer but more like the genetics of what you posted from the calculator.
Paints are cool but they don't breed true like exchequer does.
 
I need to get a pic of my splash bird.... she's as white as a std white Leghorn but with blue/black splashes.... she definitely isn't light blue
I just meant a splash wouldn't be white and black.
To dilute part to white it wouldn't leave black in other areas and no blue.
Blues and splash can vary quite a bit.

Somewhere else I read that splash should be a light blue coloured bird..... they are probably wrong
