are any bantys good layers?

I have only bantams and they are all surprisingly excellent layers! They each lay anywhere from 5-7 eggs per week. My Bantam BR was hands down my best layer but she mysteriously quit laying 10 months ago, she's healthy so I'm hoping she starts back in spring. Now my Bantam Buff Brahmas are the best layers, followed closely by the Bantam Wyandottes and Bantam Easter Eggers. I was most surprised by my two Sebrights. I'd heard they don't lay well, but mine lay nearly every day and one lays a really BIG egg for a Sebright, as big or bigger than any other bantam I have.

Here are the Bantam breeds I have and they are all exceptionally good layers. I added a bit of info about their nature too, but it's just from my own experience, your mileage may vary.

Buff Brahmas (very gentle, super sweet and docile)
Wyandottes (docile, but a bit stand-offish)
Easter Eggers (varies, but generally docile and gentle)
Sebrights (docile but flighty, silly and fun)
Barred Rocks (docile, calm and gentle)

edited to add -
bantams are very broody girls
generally make good mothers
can fly VERY well - high and far
and last but not least they're super cute
