Are Bantams edible?

I am new to all this but I was given several bantam chicks in April, well 7-8 are roosters and are causing havac with my standard hens. I am wondering can you stew these little things?

yup. The first bird be butchered and ate was a little bantam rooster that tried to flag me! Bad idea buddy. We didn't get to much meat but it was good!
