I am new to chicken keeping. I have been looking at so many posts on here that I think I'm more confused than ever. The white one I have always suspected to be a roo. It's much bigger than my other chickens. Now I have noticed the other partridge colored chick who I didn't even dream of being a boy because it's so shy has three rows of comb so I'm thinking that they are both Roos. Would love your opinions.

They're very nice looking chickens!

The smaller EE looks like a hen, but the comb is a little confusing, so I can't tell. I would agree, the white one does look like a rooster. I guess time will tell.

Here is my EE hen, Eagle. She has a bright comb because she is laying age

Best of luck to you!

The black and white one is definitely a cockerel. The brown could go either way. Update us in another week or so for that one.
Bummer :( The black and white one is so sweet. Too bad they don't allow roosters in town here.

I'll post more pictures of the other one in a week. Thanks!

I've had black/white EEs that look similar to that one that were pullets... but with the size.. I wouldn't be surprised if some red started creeping into his wings.

Your other one has classic hen coloring, but yes, that comb is confusing.

Give them a couple weeks and then please update! :)

The white one does have some red coloring coming around the eyes I noticed.

I will do! Thanks :)
