My boy George (Brown) is most definitely a cockerel, but I want to make sure I've guessed Jude right (B+W mottled). He developed his comb and wattles a bit later than George (they are 7 weeks old) but not as big and red so I just want to make sure? I'm a first time chicken owner and unfortunately can't keep roosters where I stay. I want to find them a new home asap but I want to make sure they are both cockerels before I so. Sorry for my ignorance, It's probably really obvious! Let me know your opinion.

look like cockerels to me… do you have another black and white one of that breed that you think is a hen? It’s easier to tell when you can compare.

yes, here's my girl Molly. She looks pretty different as far as comb and wattles go.

Thanks for your help! Thankfully the farm I got them from as chicks are going to take them in so they will have a new home.
