Are chickens allowed in the surrounding cities of Tampa, FL

Hello everyone, I know Tampa, FL allows chickens except roosters. But I cannot find anything on the surrounding cities within Hillsborough county. Such as Brandon, Seffner, Valrico, Gibsonton, Riverview, Lutz, and Thonotosassa. Does anyone have a link that has information on the laws or something that says if they are allowed or not in these cities? Thank you so much.

I don't know the answer to your question, but my parents are in Apollo Beach. I recognized many of those cities
