Are cochins slow growing or do I have a bantam?

I got 10 week old pullets and my cochin is half the size of all the others (maran, delaware, sussex and ee). Did I accidentally get a bantam or are they slower growing?

Cochins are small birds but without a pic, hard to say for sure.

She's bantam. A large fowl Cochin would be larger than the others. They are very big birds. Bantam sized Cochins are still pretty big, as far bantam breeds go.
