Are corn cob leftovers ok for my girls?

We had corn on the cob for dinner, and I was just wondering if the cob leftover is ok to give my girls for breakfast treat?

Yup! They will pick everything off of them!
We've even been known to take them with us when we eat out - wonder what the waitstaff thinks? LOL

Just out of curiosity, other than potato peels, what is off the menu lefter-over wise?

My father in law grew sweet corn for his farm stand this summer and we enjoyed it almost every evening... and the girls gleaned every single missed kernel and yummy bit left on the cobs. Maybe that's why they're so big? There is a lot of protein and energy in corn.
