Are either of these a Rooster?

I got 11 chicks from a girlfriend who hatched them for a 4H project and wasn't able to get a chicken house built in time. I have no idea the breeds, etc, but so far most of them seem to be hens, with an exception of 2 that I'm suspecting to be roos. One is mighty cocky for being a week younger than some of my other birds and the 2nd one appears to be getting picked on now in the last week or two. Can you help me? Also - if you have a guess as to breed, feel free to give me your best guess!! They are both 4 weeks old. The second picture looks like (s)he is bleeding on bottom of 'chin' but from what I could tell it's not, just bright red spot on it's 'chin'.

Mammat - I didn't even think about those being waddle spots until you mentioned it!!! I am still a newbie with chickens and these are my first batch of chicks ever! I'm loving them though!! they are totally cracking me up -- especially my Black Sex Linked birds - super curious!!

Thinking the top one MAY be a boy. Bottom one definitely looks like a boy.
