Are Flock Blocks alright for a Rooster?

It can be bad, if it dilutes the overall nutrition in the feed.

He'll be fine, you know how hard those flock blocks are nobody is going to eat enough in a sitting to hurt.
No idea how they don't give themselves concussions eating those things.

They're pretty economical in all seriousness iv'e bought one since 2016.
My birds gave up so I use it as a table.

As long as the flock block isn't a regular part of their feed ration any calcium in it should be diluted down by their regular feed/forage, so shouldn't be an issue that way.
