Are guineas noisy?

i have 11 guineas and thank god my neighbors dont care cuz they get chickens eggs from me lol

YES they are loud!!!! lol prolly can hear all 11 a mile away lol

We volunteer at a farm that has guineas. They are the loudest, sqwakiest critters. They are very vocal. They are like little alarm systems too. If there is a predator around they make a ruckus! However, there were 26 originally on this farm and now they are down to two. They apparently chase the coyotes.... That doesn't usually turn out well for them. You can hear them down the road. Loud like peacocks! They wander, fly over fences, and drive neighbors crazy! The lady who owns the farm has to retrieve them from the neighbor's yards often..

Best of luck in your venture. Maybe a tall fence in your garden. I don't know how high they can lift up though.

I don't have any, but have read that they regularly fly to the roofs of houses, so can fly over pretty much most fencing.

Are Guineas noisy? Is the Pope Catholic? Does a bear go in the woods? Is a frog's butt water-tight? You betcha!!! Let something or someone come around they don't know and they'll let you know in a second.
