Are incubated (unhatched) eggs safe for snakes to eat?

The title gives it away. I’m curious if incubated but unhatched eggs are safe to feed to snakes or other reptiles. It just seems like a sad waste to just throw them out. I also posted this in the other pets thread. What should I do with them if they can’t be fed to reptiles?

If you own the reptile a pet store might give you a better idea I think unhatched might explode in incubator so not would not do that JMHO
