Are my chickens laying?

Does anyone know a clear way of telling if my hens are laying any more? I have various kinds of different colors and have research and tried different methods but am STILL unclear. This is my first time weeding them out
HELP!!
You can check their pelvic points to see if they are actively laying...
...and now might be a good time of year to do so(if you are in the northern hemisphere).

Otherwise, more info about your flock and goals might help garner more specific opinions and suggestions.

I cull add new chicks and slaughter older(3yo) layers every year to keep my population comfortably fitting into the space I have(and keep the eggs coming) over winter.

Where in this world are you located?
Climate, and time of year, is almost always a factor.
Please add your general geographical location to your profile.
It's easy to do, (laptop version shown), then it's always there!
