Are my chickens pullets or cockerels?

Yep! Fingers crossed she is a faster developing pullet! If you want to be sure, pictures of her tail (close up) could help. At 14 weeks, a cockerel would begin to grow sharp saddle feathers, I dont see any from your photos though!

Yeah we did but I read online that sometimes it's inaccurate and when I saw that #2 had a bigger and redder waddle and comb I got a little worried

Well, you're not off the hook yet- it is always possible lol. But in fairness the hatcheries are usually pretty good. I don't see a cockerel there... but it is a lot bigger/redder than your other Buff, so it is possible. They are good at fooling us... up until they crow!!! Then you got 'em for sure.

The one Orp should have some visible saddles and patchy-ness of it were a cockerel. I'm not seeing any.

Pics in the sun and from the side would be better for a more accurate ID though.
