Are My Chickens Too Fat?

I am wondering whether my Barred Rock Hens, age 13 months, are too fat? I've uploaded 2 photos of them and would appreciate any and all feedback. If you think they are too fat, what sort of a diet do you think I should put them on?

No they look okay to me. There is a lot of feathers there pick them up and weigh them I have done this. Yours do actually look skinner then my BR

I'm glad you think they look normal, Desert Rooster. I saw this picture online of an obese leghorn who weighed 14.6 pounds, and it got me to wondering... My hens should weigh only 7.5 pounds each. I need to figure out a way to weigh them.
