Maybe? But you should definitely give them a trim.

Ducks nails should be worn down naturally, by playing in water and walking around, unless she is old and not getting enough physical actives, I suggest you let her play outside and wear them down naturally to prevent constant clipping. Are the nails affecting the way she walks? If so you can go about clipping them the same way you would a dog, many links on the internet for that.

Wowwza! Those are some nails for sure! What breed is that duck?

If you do clip them be sure you watch out for the quick in the nail just like if you were doing a dog or cat's nails. If you go too deep they are going to bleed. I like @MasterOfClucker 's idea the best.
